Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take? 5–7 business days, standard. Express delivery is available at checkout, for when patience isn't on the agenda.

Do you offer free shipping? Orders above ₹2,999 ship free. The best things in life aren't free, but the shipping can be.

Can I track my order? Once it's on its way, a tracking link reaches you over email and SMS. Good things are worth watching arrive.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The piece should come back unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging. We'd rather it find the right person than the wrong wardrobe. Fit isn't just physical, it's personal.

How do I initiate a return or exchange? Write to business@ansomen.com or via the Contact page. No hoops. Just an honest conversation, we'll sort it from there.

Products

How do I find my size? The Size Guide has the measurements. When in doubt, size up. Good things tend to have room to grow, and so do the people wearing them.

Are your fabrics sustainable? We source responsibly and hold ourselves to that standard. What something is made of says something about what it stands for. A direction, not a destination. We're moving, intentionally.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept? Cards, UPI, net banking, wallets. Every way you'd want to pay, accounted for.

Is it safe to pay on your website? Fully secured with SSL encryption, powered by Shopify Payments. You've made a considered choice getting here. The least we can do is protect it.
