Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Standard delivery reaches you in 5–7 business days across India. If you'd prefer it sooner, express delivery (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional charge.

Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹2,999.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the piece should be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact — free from damage, stains, or alterations.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges

Size or colour exchanges are welcome within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Reach out, and we'll sort it from there.

Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed, we'll let you know. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

To initiate a return or exchange, write to us with your order no. at business@ansomen.com with your order number and a brief note on the reason. We'll take it from there.
